Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. However, bookings made for long weekends or as part of a group reservation of three or more rooms require a minimum of two weeks’ notice. Cancellations made after the deadline, failure to cancel, or no-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay per room. Any additional nights will be automatically canceled.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in at Hawberry Motel. For security and fraud prevention, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in. A valid credit card in the guest’s name is also required to complete the registration process.
When making a reservation, all guests must provide a current and valid credit card number along with the CVV to confirm and secure the booking. A pre-authorization of $200.00 or the equivalent of the first night's stay will be processed on your provided credit card 48 hours before arrival to secure your reservation. This amount will convert into an incidental/damage deposit upon check-in. The hold is temporary and will be released if the room is found to be in good condition at check-out. Please note that the amount will be processed for each room booked if multiple rooms are reserved.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Interact, or cash at check-in.
If the provided credit card information is invalid or declined, Hawberry Motel is not responsible for holding the reservation. Kindly note that Hawberry Motel cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or changes in your schedule.
Each room includes one parking space. Outdoor parking is free but not monitored or guarded-vehicles are parked at your own risk. The property is not responsible for any loss, damage, or incidents.
All vehicles must be registered at check-in. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Hawberry Motel offers all non-smoking rooms. If smoking is detected in a room, a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed inside guest rooms, with the exception of service animals. Guests who violate this policy will be evicted immediately and charged a minimum cleaning fee of $200. Service animals must be registered at check-in. Pets in vehicles are permitted only with prior arrangement.
